Your links just take you to the PC Builder page with nothing showing but UPS'es on each one because it's from your cart and we can't login as you to see said cart. You will have to go to each item and relink it outside your cart.

B580 is not going to play cyberpunk at max settings. I know you said "highish", but if you want RT with that game and similar games, this is probably the best bang/buck path today:

you can save the extra $100 by going with 2x16gb of ram
but it is better to get 2x32gb sticks right off the bat , because if you will decide to upgrade 2x16gb to 4x16gb down the line
memory controllers on motherboards usually don´t like it when you have all 4 slots populated and your ram may not run at its max. speed .
you can also save some cash by going with B850 chipset instead of X870 , you will not notice any performance differences .
another arean to potentially save some money at (should you need to) is the power supply -
you can get a good 850w unit for $120 if you are positive you will never want to go for something like 4090/5090 in the future .
to summarize we can easily get to $1 600 overall with some tweak and compromises here and there .

X3D processors are best for gaming but the more powerful video card is even more important so i would prioritize getting 9070xt or 5070Ti over 5070/9070 paired with X3D processor.

here is an idea of how the cheaper build may look like (since going off of your first post i guess the $1 600 is roughly the targeted price for the build) :

the build looks retarded because of ATX board with lanes sharing and ms windows in 2025 and a tacky/kitchy case

Questions:
1)Do your targeted mods for minecraft have any specific preferences on HW?
2)What screen resolution and FPS do you target?

Opinions =)
Do you need a X870MB, I would focus on 850 models.
Also the SSD is a bit expensive, as others have noted there are better options.
X3D CPU's are very nice for games.

I like @dark_globe builds, but as having tried the 5070, 5070ti and both the 9070 cards the ti is ahead by a lot on RT and can handle some path tracing even. The 5070 runs out of VRAM with frame doubling in Indiana Jones and is imho the worst out of the four, but it is much, much more performant than the B580. Concerning the AMD cards the 9070 uses less power and is close in performance to the XT, best choice is down to how much more it costs, also both beat the B580 with ease.

@io-waiter well my first pick would also be the rtx 5070Ti because of the extra features / better features
but i don´t know how much can OPs budget stretch and if there is any wiggle room .
in any case 9070xt for $799 is a pretty good deal all things considered .
