After seaching local stores I find this Cooler Master MWE 450 80+ White at about 45$. Currently I am using a generic 350W PSU. I will use this for system in my system spec + a RX 560 class gpu(will buy in furure).
My question. is it decent enough for the system?

What's your generic PSU? Likely it's better, but CM lower end stuff has a tendency to be rather crappy, so I'd be a wee bit wary of it. Any other options?

The CM is probably much better in terms of quality, if the Delux PSU you currently have is anything near those I was in contact with. But even then you could probably do better than the CM for $45.

At that price point no PSU available from branded manufacturer. Close at 60$ Antec Neo Eco 550M. Other Cooler master Masterwatt Lite 500 at 52$.

Well a PSU is something you should never skimp on, but it would definitely be better than the PSU you currently have. My advice would be saving up a bit and getting a decent power supply that should last you a while, maybe even for a future build/upgrade.

The OEM for that CM PSU is HEC. they have been rumored to produce the Cougar LX series and possibly (very possibly) the EVGA 700B and BQ650-750 units.

General consensus on the internet seems to place them between low to mid range as far as quality goes while a lot of those people have used them for low or low-mid range systems without much problem...

Id say it would be 100% better than your generic.

Depending on where you are, options will change. here in US you can get a high quality PSU for as little as $35

The Seasonic S12 / M12 520 and 620 watters range from $35 - $50. Seasonic also OEMs this PSU to other vendors, including for example
Antec High Current Gamer (M) 400-620
XFX Core 450-550
XFX TS 550 Bronze

Which of the following is true ?

a) Corsair makes great PSUs
b)Corsair makes good PSUs
c) Corsair makes average PSUs
d) Corsair makes crappy PSUs

Literate answer is none of the above because Corsair doesn't make any PSUs ... is we change make to 'sell" than the answer is all of the above.

The VS450 is not one of the good ones. The older version (CP-9020009) CWT who also makes some of Corsair's good to great models. The current version (CP-9020170 ) is make by HEC, which if one of the OEM vendor's I'd recommend avoiding.

The CMPSU-450VX is now discontinued and was a good one, same as Seasonic S12

Thank you for your suggestion. But i have already bought Corsair VS450. And i dont live in USA as a result none of listed one (except the Antec) is available in my country.

I expected as much... Seasonic sells the PSU to Antec as well as other manufacturers using the "GB Bronze" platform. When I saw where you were, i thought the Antec would be the best option, Seasonic doesn't distribute through much of Asia.

Sorry I didn't get you an answer in time before purchasing. Concerns with the VS450 were primarily the poor quality capacitors (Secondary caps are made by CapXon), voltage regulation isn't bad but lower than expected for proce range and noise is bit high under higher loads.
