So I have a rtx 3070 with only 1 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort. What I know is, that the most RTX 3070 have more than 1 Displayport. If the Chips on that RTX 3070 GPUs are the same, can I maybe just find where the pinouts for additional DisplayPorts are and modify the GPU for multiple DisplayPorts by souldering the pinouts to a DisplayPort output socket?

Look at connector on wikipedia

Krisfix.de might give guidance

does your card have an unoccupied space on the pcb for an additional hdmi/dp port? If yes, all you need to do is to fill up the remaining parts (port itself, and some smd components) and flash the bios to that of a full fat 3070 (that is of same vendor and same pcb). If your card doesnt have the additional space on the pcb, dont even try modding the gpu itself, it will end in a disaster.
Also you can daisy chain upto 3 monitors to a single dp port.

A gpu-z scrrenshot would be needed, especially of the Advanced Tab Ram values
