How to flash the Bios?

Okay I got a New MB and can see that the bios is F6 and the "New" Bios is F10, I have tried to update the bios to no avail, It keeps failing.
It is the GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 MB I used the App center that is on the disk yet nothing. Went to DL it from there site got it unpacked it ( it even came with an easy flash tool that did NOT work!) and it don't work at all either. I am beginning to think they are making crap that wont work at all. Like games For windows LIVE fuck it wont even run under windows 7! And I am on win 10 NOW! HOLY frak! Really starting to wonder about this shit!
Any way any one have any ideas on just how to do this?

Grab F7a then F10 ftom here

Then there should be a Utility built into the board called Q-Flash, use that instead.

One thing make sure your downloads arent being corrupted by say an antivirus/malware program

Hi Tom, if the dos/windows flash utilities aren't working you could use the Q-flash utility within the bios, here's a guide from the gigabyte website: http://www.gigabyte.us/FileUpload/US/WebPage/20/images/utiltiy_qflash_uefi.pdf

Good rule of thumb before flashing firmware, always do a clear cmos first and save defaults then do the flash. @TomErickson

YES! Excellent advice!
I remember when I failed to do that on my old DFI MB blew the thing to shit!

All done! Got the New F10 BIOS installed all without a hitch using Q-Flash! I feel like a moron! LOL.
