Check for messages. The latest beta should lock BD PROCHOT in the disabled position.

At first, it was not working, but after restarting my PC and setting PROCHOT_Lock=1 in ThrottleStop.ini, it started working. I can kind of feel when my laptop is trying to turn BD PROCHOT on, as it lags for about half a second, but it immediately goes back to normal. Thank you so much.

You should not need to touch the INI file.

Edit - The PROCHOT_Lock setting is used to control the PROCHOT Lock item in the Options window. This is not the same as BD PROCHOT.

Make sure ThrottleStop looks like my screenshot. BD PROCHOT should be grayed out and it should not be checked.

You should not need to touch the INI file. PROCHOT_Lock should be set to 0, not 1. Setting this to 1 will lock BD PROCHOT to the enabled position. You do not want that.

Good.

Dell laptops use multiple throttling methods. Once you disable one method, a new method might pop up. Post a screenshot of ThrottleStop including the FIVR and TPL windows and include a log file if you are having any new issues.
