So I have been having monitor display problems.. I decided that I would set the display down from its natural res.. well I stupidly decided to press enter even though the display didn't show up..

I started it up in safe mode to try to reset it that way and well.. the settings don't stick.. so I was wondering if anyone knew a "manual" way to reset the display settings, so that when i restart my computer, the display will pick the best resolution by itself..

Thanks!

go into safe mode and try and turn it down there. The other option is to uninstall your video card drivers in safe mode, or even try another screen.

uninstall drivers, although never had a problem like this since win 98, did you press enter accidentally EDIT: oops yes u did doh :slap:, safe mode and delete drivers
