Hi guys i need your help.

I have a friend in Korea, he have super fast internet connection. And he told me if you can download anything from my computer. Do it cause this is free. but the problem is how can i transfer all download files from that computer without using data?

Example:- i download 1TB files on his computer and how do i transfer that files to my computer? Without downloading 1TB again?

Is there Cloud or sync option anything that can help this. What ever he downloads i can get it too free. cause he's my best Friend and he knows how much internet value for me. My internet sucks :(

So please guys help me.

He can download 50GB in 20 minutes :)

Let me guess, your ISP has a data cap? The only way is to use a different ISP.

I do this with a friend of mine who lives in Idaho. We don't have data caps in Indiana, and sometimes when she wants to play a new MMO with, most recently, Elder Scrolls MMO, 80GB download, and her data cap is 100gb a month, I have unlimited and fiber optic here in Indiana, so I mail her my 3TB with whatever games she needs then she pays to mail it back to me, it works out ok, can do netflix offline, Amazon Prime videos offline, spotify premium music offline, she pays for it all and its under her name, so there is nothing illegal about it, just helping out with the data cap is all. You need to find a friend to do this for you.

Data is data so whatever goes through your line is going to count towards a data cap. There is no way around that besides not using the connection ;)

any hotels or cafes around?? you ca bum their wifi

You can't. A download is a download and it counts against your data cap. If every ISP in your area has data caps, like @remixedcat pointed-out, try to reach some other service's WiFi. Until you get caught and blacklisted, you should get enough data.
Advanced sharing can?

What do you mean by this? I'm intrigued.

He thinking remote access. No that wont work. Use a café with free internet and drop box
I don't think we want to know what it is

Windows features Advanced sharing
Network sharing... That's what i meant

Not gonna change anything, 250 GB, 250GB, 250GB, 250GB is 1TB.

All one needs to ask one's self is "if it could be done...then why isn't everyone doing it?" I mean if I can get data in and out of my PC, to/from another person's PC, over the intertnet, without my ISP knowing about it...then why do I need an ISP? Waste of money right? SOOOOOOOOOO MANY holes in that hypothesis.

It Can be done :) and not using Internet :)
you need ( and the other Person) amatur Radio Equipment Transcoding Software and lots of time Because its SLOW

Capped/Limited data rate sucks, I am glad I live in a country where Cable/Fiber has unlimited data and last yr I think it was I got unlimited 4.5 LTE for my iPhone 7 Plus

if there's no way to increase your Data cap then you are SOL sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that's how it works
