I have an 11800H processor, it runs at 56W for the first 1 minute while playing games and its speed is as it should be, but after 1 minute it stabilizes at 48W and the speed drops.
I checked with Throttlestop and I have a Core PL1 Throttling problem, I couldn't solve it no matter what I did, I think the problem is caused by the bios.
Looking forward to your help, thanks in advance.

You may not be able to - remember that these settings stop the cooling system from being overwhelmed, as well as the power brick.

@unclewebb any ideas?

Overall, anything you can do to reduce wattage will help, like undervolting the IGP or the CPU.
Sometimes locking the clockspeed to a lower level can maintain that speed for longer (like if you boost from 2GHz to 4GHZ, you might be able to lock at 3GHz and keep it there - example numbers, not usable ones)

Post some screenshots of ThrottleStop including the FIVR and TPL windows so I can see your settings. Turn on the Log File option and attach a log file that shows the problem you are having. Log data while you are playing a game for at least 15 minutes.
