Its working for me now (just made it - 31.12.2015)

Hardware
  • you wil need a laptop or second pc to prepare usb bootable dos stick
  • second graphic card - best will be nvidia without extra power (like quadro)
  • pendrive

Software

PREPARE PENDRIVE
  1. Format a pendrive and using RUFUS - option MS-DOS
  2. copy ATIFLASH to pendrive
  3. change name bios "biosname.rom" to "bios.bin"
  4. copy bios.bin to pendrive

PREPARE PC
  1. put second graphic card on first PCI-E slot
  2. put bricked Radeon on second PCI-E slot
  3. run PC using bootable pendrive

UNBRICK 6950
  1. type "atiflash -p -f 0 bios.bin" hit ENTER/RETURN
  2. turn off pc, take out both graphics, put 6950 into first PCI-E slot and run PC! DONE!

If not working - you have to download different bios

and copy into pendrive and try to repair again.
I was trying about 6 times with different bios files.
Hope you will made it!
