UNBRICK 6950
If not working - you have to download different bios

and copy into pendrive and try to repair again.
I was trying about 6 times with different bios files.

Hardware
- you wil need a laptop or second pc to prepare usb bootable dos stick
- second graphic card - best will be nvidia without extra power (like quadro)
- pendrive

PREPARE PENDRIVE
- Format a pendrive and using RUFUS - option MS-DOS
- copy ATIFLASH to pendrive
- change name bios "biosname.rom" to "bios.bin"
- copy bios.bin to pendrive
PREPARE PC
- put second graphic card on first PCI-E slot
- put bricked Radeon on second PCI-E slot
- run PC using bootable pendrive
UNBRICK 6950
- type "atiflash -p -f 0 bios.bin" hit ENTER/RETURN
-
- turn off pc, take out both graphics, put 6950 into first PCI-E slot and run PC! DONE!
