Hi guys I just attempted to upgrade this older computer which had Windows 7 on it to Windows 10, but now when I hit the power button, the computer starts up fine, gets to where you add its password, then once I add the password it says it's going to hibernate and then shuts down.
I have attached a picture of the systems information

If you don't enter the password, does it stay alive? Seems to me something on the user (which is only loaded once the user is logged in) is causing the computer to go into hibernation.
Perhaps try booting into safe mode and checking the user account in question
