I have a win98 computer that I still run some software on so as not to pay big bucks for the updates.

Recently, I purchased a HP2009m LCD display with a screen size of 1600 x 900.

The vga output of the computer does not support this screen size and there seems to be no SIS driver update for the onboard video. (I get output display but the screen is streched.)

My though is to get a real cheap PCI VGA card for the computer as the simplest solution.

Suggest a product?

Comments?

Thanks.

Old Onboard Video on MB's back when 98 was in use they didn't even support widescreen Res. i'd suggest looking over at Newegg for a cheap PCI Card such as THIS
