HWmonitr +12 @ 1.66 ?

It is just reading the wrong sensor and assuming it is the 12v sensor. This is the problem with software like this.

If you really want to be sure, get a Digital MultiMeter and check it yourself. They are extremely cheap, I bought my cheap one for under $5 including tax(I have a more expensive one at work, but the cheap one is for home, the two are actually pretty close in readings).

or take a look in the BIOS under PC heallth, the voltages the bios is seeing are usually displayed there.

Would radioshack have them or would i only be able to get them online ?

Yeah, radioshack will have them, but I have found they are cheaper at hardware/Home Improvement stores. They should be in the electrical section.
