The HyperX Cloud Revolver S is the most expensive headset this renowned manufacturer has to offer. Its feature list is strong, promising excellent build quality, class-leading sound performance, and Dolby Headset 7.1 Surround Sound, but expectations are very high as well. Does it have what it takes to justify its £140/$150/€170 price point?

For headsets removable ear pads are a must.

Unless you game or listen to music less then 20min at a time but even then prolong use of a material on your skin/hair. You get oils/sweat and dead skin over time. You want to wash that stuff away. Cleaning wipes get the surface of the ear pads only.

Should come with different set of ear pads for its intended use at the very minimal be interchangeable with optional ones.

Original HyperX Cloud 2014' model still the best if you want great music/gaming balanced headset.
