i made some changes like in this video, i increased my CPU Ghz and i cant turn the previous CPU Ghz

Can you help me? Always around these Ghz

You should show a picture of your current configuration so others might see what's wrong.
 
Use the Windows Balanced power plan if you want the CPU to slow down when it is lightly loaded.

I have no idea what CPU you have or what your ThrottleStop settings are. Post screenshots if you need help.
 
You have a modern CPU that uses Speed Shift Technology (SST). Set Multiplier is no longer used. Adjust Speed Shift Max to control the maximum CPU speed.

Press the Turn On button to use Clock Modulation. There is no reason to be using this. Lower the turbo power limits if you want your CPU to run slower and cooler.

There is a large difference in your max core temperatures. This usually means that you should clean out your laptop and replace the thermal paste. Try using Honeywell PTM 7950 for excellent long term results.

It's a very accurate detection, I bought the thermal paste and thermal pad but I haven't changed it yet. How many mm pads are generally recommended for laptops?
