Im in market for buying a PSU, i want to ask which in theory would have the best efficiency load, for a 3950x with 200w gxf.
On a 570x Master with 2 nvme - 4 Sata - 1 Hdd
im considdering buying the EVGA NOVA series platinum 650w and up.

add fans +various usb devices from time to time.

you really want 850w platinum ideally. especially with a high end CPU like that. 850w titanium EVGA T2 is currently on sale for $190 in USA. i just noticed you are not in USA though dangit...

Basically a PSU is most efficient around 50% of it's rated power. I would say that a 650 watt PSU would be the sweet spot in this case but bear in mind that the difference in efficiency at 50% load between a Gold Rated and a Platinum Rated is only 2%.

my estimation of the consumption for daily use is 300-350w.
