Yo. I decidet give my desktop my Son. He is almost 10. I say that because this is not standard situation in my case. Always when i construct my PC i try use maximum from parts from actuall build. Or eventually i sell all components with value ,and add this cash to budgeout. Like i say ,not this time. I think my actuall configuration is very nice and in true i dont need extremlly upgrade. From another reasons i make decision to make second PC.
Now i use i5 10440f /rtx3060 12gb lhr gigabyte /b560mdh /16gb ddr4 3200 /msi 650W /1tb m2 + 1tb standard mechanical drive. I downgrade monitor for Son to full hr resolution and i think this config can be optimal for him for next few years.
ok. now meritum:
I must build somthing for myself and my priority is budgeout. I want make order tommorow and i need advice about what i choose. Specially about any technical problems with this components. I need use this without emergencys.
ok this is what i choose:
ALL prices come from Poland.

ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 (yes i know... i feel the pain...) 120eu

AMD Ryzen 5 7600 192eu

MSI MAG 750W 80 Plus Bronze 84eu

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 12GB GDDR6X 700eu

ADATA 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe LEGEND 900 140eu

ram (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 +/- 120 EU

box: :Silver Monkey X Chest TG 80EU

1436euro without cooling for cpu

Can You look on this and tell me if i make somthing stupid here ?
Thx. Greetings.

I'd get a RX 7900 GRE, at least here in Finland it's about ~600EUR, I don't know the Polish pricing though.

Otherwise it looks a balanced system.

thx for answer !

ASRock Radeon RX 7900 GRE STEEL LEGEND 16GB GDDR6 670 eu

i never have radeon on main PC in over 30 years... and im scared when i even think about that ;) but ofcourse bigger VRam is very hard argument...
from another perspektice ,its possible to buy in Poland rtx 3070 Ti (zotac) for 740-750 euro. but i decidet ,to not rush for performance. generation 2000 and 3000 was have many problems with zotac. Also dont want 4070ti with two fans and higher VRAM is possible only from 4070 super TI and higher. Thats mean diffirence beetwen 4070super 12gb - 4070 super ti 16gb is close to 250 euro.
hmmm..... must think abot that....... 16gb.... ^^

what resolution are you playing at? what games & other software do you play & use? what kind of performance do you want? how often will you upgrade parts?

This is my personal PC. All games possible. How often ? dont know. no rendering video. no making 3d.
In true your answer sounds like from somebody hwo didnt read what i write upper and in topic.

I don't know much about the polish PC marketplace so its not like I recommend a product that may give you more value for your budget that you would see here in the USA. That said your items all work but someone people build gaming PC for specific games like certain MMOs, CO-OP, multiplayer, to play with friends and family so parts can sometimes be overkill if the resolution is mot taxing or maybe a CPU with more cache for games that like that, etc., etc.,

ofc. You have right. I try build possible cheap/non emergency/performance PC. Standardlly :D. My standard practition is also making ways to upgrade in future ,but like You see this time i try make this from diffirent way like i do normally. Lucky this mobo is not so expansive that why i decide to take this. Ewentually in future if i must i change mobo. That way i try stay at ddr5 and little bigger PSU.
Thx for help :)

There's a 7500F AM5 processor and for 1440P gaming the 7800XT should also fit, though I find the 7900GRE a bit overkill for entry level 2k gaming and with just a Ryzen 5 processor, it won't crap out with the CPU choice OP has, though I simply find the 7800XT to fit in to this budget build better.

Yo. On ceneo 700-750pln. --->178 EU.
Why You propose this CPU ? Can You tell so,thing more ?

edit.
Ok after checking performance diffirences 7500f vs 7600 You have right and better performence/price is in 7500f and propablly i take this one. Thx only must check what pcie is supported there.
THX.

edit2.
On specification i see there maximum memory speed 5200mhz.

Can any of You tell me if its possible on Ryzen overclock this memory to 6000 mhz without problems ?

Im back to AMD cpu first time from AMD dual core. And lost my experience. But after i5 10400f i decidet to change. Have many problems with this CPU. But i5 7400 was satisfacting....

Your proposition is ofc racional. I also think that 12gb vram is to low but i dont want any supriuses. I completly dont have any experience with ryzens. Dont know nothing about undervolting /overclocking /temperatures ,setupes ,drivers... nothing. Also i want see in practice what changes come with dlls and frame generation in nvidia.
Meaby next time ;)

All AM5 cpu's have DDR5-5200 native support. You want 2x16GB DDR5-6000 CL30.

Everything looks pretty good I would swap out the case for something with proper airflow in the front and as others have mentioned the 7500F is probably ok but I would still go with the 7600 personally. I did a very similar build recently but with a 4070 no super and also one with a 6700XT, very capable systems.

Are we going to ignore the bronze rated power supply?

Get an RM850x or similar. Don't cheap out on the PSU.

I've used the gold rated MSI PSU they have all been pretty great the RMx would still be my choice over it though. Assuming in his region it isn't stupidly priced.

12GB VRAM is just fine, like I said the 7900GRE is fine, the only issue would be its price, the 16GB VRAM would matter depending on the Games (Game Engine) you'd play, I have the 4080 Super and plays at native 4K I don't see my VRAM usage climbing north of 13GB on Max/Ultra settings with the Games I play.

I also used to play with an Asus TUF RX6700XT on 4k and never had issues with custom mix of mid to high settings in game with 4k resolution.

also like one poster above mentioned, avoid that PSU...from where I am at, it has a high return rate and its merely ignored..you can get an FSP or Seasonic with a better price and a better/higher rating.

thx for help i build at least
b650eagle gigabyte
4070ti super gigabyte windforce 3x
ryzen 5 7600
32gb ram
750w msi
m2 1tb
HDD 1tb
thx but i have new problem after all and i must make new topic.
Ofc like always i have problems with new build specification i write there
thx for help all.

Are you buying an HDD?
but why?

Is HDDs so much cheaper than SSDs SATA3?

This would be way faster:

Ooops this is kinda old thread...
