I need help on how to transfer Firefox cookies to another OS

I am changing laptops very soon and I need to transfer the firefox cookies to the other laptop. I need help in on how to.

I have OS 8.1 and and firefox version 49.0.1

This is very important that I change over the cookies, its for a ebay business laptop and all cookies need to be on the new laptop.

Cookies are stored in the cookies.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

• Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

yes it works. since the op was having a hard time I figured i'd just repeat the instructions.

I did find it, the permissions.sqlite file, but I thought it was a notepad file, it says its a SQLITE file
