i need solution
to stop that program or to uninstall:slap:

i tried by task manager

or start__run

i wnat some thing affective please:cry:
 
I think they block that for a good reason, especially rapidshare...

They do that for a reason
the last thing they want is people downloading inappropriate materials

Is this blocking software installed on the computer itself? Or is it a web filter that all internet traffic goes through?

they were use webfilter
but we use proxy progam

but the now use program install on every computer
and close any web site or program like internet download manager
 
Ok, I don't really completely understand what they're using.

Anyway, try ultrasurf. That's what I use to get by the web filter at my school.

By default it opens internet explorer, but you can make it not do this. In fact, if you use this firefox plugin you can easily switch the proxy on and off in firefox.

You can run this program from a flash drive, so you can take it to any computer. So put ultrasurf on a flash drive. Then install portable firefox on the flash drive. Then unzip that xpi file. Open the xpi file with the firefoxportable.exe on your flash drive. Disable that session thing. Install the plugin. Restart firefox. Open ultrasurf. Go to options and check "Do not use IE" and "Hide Golden Lock". Close ultrasurf and open it again. Make sure it successfully connects to the server. Go back to firefox and click the "WJ Disabled" button in the bottom right corner. That switches Firefox's proxy settings to use ultrasurf. After that you should be set!

i will try firefox protable

but may protable working

i used ultrasurf when they were used webfilter

now problem from netop program that installed on computer

the block certain websites or programs

then auto close when i open it
 
Wait, so this 'netop' program automatically closes ultrasurf? Hmm.

If you want to avoid all this you could try booting Windows in Safe Mode. Or get a copy of a small Linux distro and boot that. Booting in Safe Mode (should) make 'netop' not load. Booting Linux avoids netop completely.

when i booting Windows in Safe Mode
computer want admin pass to access to window
