I've already tried different Undervolt settings on my Nitro 5 with an I5-9300H and the one I'm using is the best I found in terms of stability-performance, but even so it continues to heat up to 97 degrees.
Normally the temperature is almost fixed at 92 degrees in games that demand a little more (Red Dead 2 for example), and I can't solve it! I already tried cleaning the notebook and changing the thermal paste with Grizzly Hydronaut, which did the trick a little, but in less than 2 months the temperatures became high again.

You might have better long term results with some genuine Honeywell PTM 7950. Many of the popular thermal pastes that work well when used on a desktop CPU can fail within a month when used direct die on a mobile CPU.

Your ThrottleStop voltage settings look OK. Check the Task Manager to see if there are any useless background tasks running that you can get rid of.

Can you provide me a link? The only place I found it was on Aliexpress but there are several ads.
