Hello so i have an MSI Laptop with the following specs : gtx 1060, 8gb ram and i7 8750h i have clean the laptop from the dust, re-apply thermal paste and reinstall windows 10. For a few days the laptop run smooth, no fps drop / lag spikes etc. Recently i have notice huge fps drop like 1-2 seconds to 1 to 15 fps, and it goes like in 5 in 5 seconds making the game unplayable, this happen in modern warfare and cold war, and also it take a lot of time to render the map and also when i got fps drop and lag spikes my latency ping jump to 30-45 ms to 800-900 ms for a few seconds. I tried GTA 5 online, the game run smooth with no fps drop and lag spikes in 40-60 fps with all settings on very high.

I have put here in clip of red dead redemption 2 where it make the game unplayable as well running with 10-15 fps

I tested the cpu stress with intel extreme tunning utility i don't have thermal throttling or power limit throttle my cpu on max stress goes to 70*C.

I hope can someone help me to fix the problem and sorry for bad english
