Your screenshots show that you likely have Windows core isolation memory integrity enabled. You will need to disable this so ThrottleStop can access the CPU voltage control register. If maximum security is important to you, leave this safety feature enabled and do not use ThrottleStop.

Exit ThrottleStop, delete your ThrottleStop folder and download the latest version of ThrottleStop, version 9.7. There have been quite a few changes and updates to ThrottleStop during the last 6 years.

Post an updated screenshot of the FIVR window after you get core isolation disabled. There are links in my signature that explain how to disable VBS.

I disabled vbs and downloaded the new version of throttlestop. Sorry for the long reply time!

aw man thats sad so i cant control anything?
but its weird since when i was messing around with the settings the performance and clock speeds were changing?

You cannot adjust the voltage settings when the FIVR is locked. Other settings will still work OK.

Oh okay i understand and im guessing i cant unblock it either. Is there any other settings you recommend for performance boosts?

A 9750H is a locked CPU so it cannot be overclocked. In your case, the FIVR is also locked so I do not know of anything you can do to improve performance.
welp okay thank you!
