I'm curious about my power output

I'll keep this short, I'm only running on a 480w PSU and I know it's quite low for my setup, the thing is I was wondering if by adding 4 extra case fan's will cause any power issue's? the fan's power rating's are are follows...

Started Voltage 9V
Rated Voltage 12V
Power Input 3.6W

So what you think? should I be alright adding 4 fans at those ratings?

It shouldn't be a problem, that is almost nothing compared to the rest of your system.

The power calculator "DD" linked me to rated my system to use 432w, and with my PSU being more than a couple of years old now I think it's safe saying I will be at risk of ageing capacitors, and loss of overall power, so my 480w PSU is probably no more than a 435w rating.

Would of replied a lot sooner but I had to recharge my batteries for the keyboard :banghead:

I would suggest keeping an eye out for a Corsair or Enermax 550Wish PSU. They're my two favorite PSU brands.

I'm looking to upgrade my rig in a couple of months at the most, so I'll be sure to keep an eye out for something along those lines :toast:
