I'm actually using an aftermarket cooler. It's quite good.
It's called, "Scythe Shuriken".

And when you say, 1.3v, do you mean the Vcore?
'cause there are so many other voltages...

Not trying to be an ass here, but there are tutorials about overclocking -- from the basics, to advanced. Good reading, and you learn a lot.
Head over to the Overclocking section and read a bit. It's definitely worth it! :)
