Hello. I ran into a problem with the i5 9300h power limiter. The declared power level for this CPU is 45W. It really works at this power level, keeping the maximum cores frequencies, while not overheating (in my case). However, when you turn on the GPU, after 30-40 seconds, the limit of 35W is activated. It is worth mentioning that the load level of the video adapter does not affect how soon the limit is activated. The system does not overheat and is serviced twice a year. All components are working properly.

Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning components removed. The regular setup program "Omen Gaming Hub" does not contain any settings that allow you to change the situation. BIOS version F.27. The BIOS contain the CPU power adjustment settings: 20, 25, 30, 35, Default. There is no difference in the operation of the processor under the conditions I specified with the settings "35" or "Default".
(I did tests for screenshots with the browser turned on, so the results in cpuZ will certainly be below normal)
