I'm gunna guess it's something like these metal legs got bent, and screwed with the pressure/mounting

I don't see any bents on heatsink or metal legs. I will try to cool the heatsink as much as possible, LM sounds sketchy and don't wanna take any risks rn
You are aware that a 0.1mm flex can cause the issues you're having, right? They could be MEANT to be angled, and you've straightened them - or they simply have from long term wear and tear.
Dont make assumptions as to the problem, investigate them and test them.
How can i see difference of not flexed between 0.1mm flex?
I'm trying to investigate but also not trying to break laptop at the same time. I appreciate for help tho =)
Photo got glitched during the upload i don't know why.

I'm out of thermal paste so i hope it works.

After a GTA V benchmark lowest settings, my cpu throttled after 15 minutes! (Good improvement)
It still dropped to 0,3 ghz but it did a pretty good job. (I did benchmark without charging)
Then i let the laptop cool off for second run.
Laptop got heated much quicker compared to non-charging
Settings i've used
Should i remove the backplate of laptop so cooling pad can cool it more?
