With this disclosure out in the wild is it possible ThrottleStop will soon be able to fully support 12th and 13th generation Intel processors?

UEFI secure boot and ThrottleStop do not have anything to do with each other. Not that I know of at least.

It would be dishonest and illegal to use any information that was stolen from Intel. No plans to go searching for anything related to this release.

What full support or features do you need? TS 9.5.1 works well on 13th Gen.
