Intel Planning P-core Only "Bartlett" LGA1700 Processor for 2025

I don't own a 7800X3D so I cannot comment on much performance uplift you get from tuning memory with that specific CPU. Reviewers generally stick the official supported speeds and no secondary tweaks because that is the best representation of the average user. You can get a big gains from some simple changes.

You don't get significant performance from tuning memory on AMD, because the bottleneck is the IO/Chiplet, RAM can go much faster than that latency/bandwidth bottleneck.

Maybe when AMD pays up for an active interposer will we start to see significant memory scaling. In the meantime X3D is the band-aid, as long as the game can fit in the cache.
