Internet Explorer users 'have below-average IQ'

I use Firefox. M$ fucked themselves for not releasing a browser sooner after IE6 became outaded and crippled shit.

Hey !! Great survey !! Pffft ... IQ tests are worthless.

Let's do it again only this time let's ask people what browser they use and then toss them into the northern forests of Canada (I'm being kind by not choosing a more hostile environment) with only a knife and see which browser users are able to survive for more than 36 hours without outside assistance while being tracked by men with bloodhounds trying to capture them.

All those grandpas and gradmas who have been through multiple economic depressions, famines, droughts, floods, had to run for their lives from genocidal regimes and came out of it tougher than ever (who proabaly use the default browser IE) are who I would like at my side. Not some book-smart, tofu-eating, self-important jackass who turns to jello at the site of death, but is good at taking IQ tests.

But hey ... that's just me. ;)

On this test, will I have to drink my own p*ss? Because that would be a deal breaker. :toast:

Well, it makes sense. Most people that use computers never change browsers. I bet if firefox was the stock browser there would be the same thing. I personally hate Ie, and haven't used it since Ie 6  I'm a opera guy my self. I like the speed dial, and how I can press CTRL+Space and it takes me to my homepage, and may other things.

Funny, I always use IE... I use IE9 actually, it works fine, fast... I also use chrome at the job.. That survey is a crap thing.. lol I knows people using firefox and Opera, and they are still dumb xD

Do the survey on the other side. Install chrome to people who had their low QI.. they will get the same f*cking QI.. :D

People are using money to do research on this? OMG they have the low QI... why using money on something like that? they could use money to help research on cancer... :wtf:

People that put money in this: :slap:

There is alot of shortcut key in IE you know xD

I don't know about the study, but I feel quite a bit less intelligent when using Safari. Probably has more to do with my lack of understanding of Apple software though -hell, I don't even know how to turn an iPod on and off. I can build a computer and play around quite a bit using command line interface, but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to navigate my mother's macbook pro. Are there even tabs in Safari? If there are, I still haven't found 'em.

Oh yeah -I use IE most of the time, except when reading sports pages on yahoo. Yahoo sports and IE do not get along!

I stopped using IE after 7 because of the drop in performance and bugs.
Went on to Firefox afterwards and haven't looked back.
Tried Chrome but didn't take to it because I wasn't having any problems with Firefox.

So in short I would have still been a IE user if I did not come across performance issues in IE8
