Ok, Im here at work at a call center for a tech company.

We just fielded a call where the Cx wanted help setting up an "Internet Information Server."
We have never heard of that and when we google it, we can not find anything. Has anyone heard of this thing? The Cx supposedly has a Software CD for it.
