I am a huge Friday the 13th fan and I played in beta. Honestly, it was a blast. The changes that they have made since beta are starting to make the game really polished and the delay I think really helped the game. This has been something I have wanted for awhile and it looks like they are finally going to deliver.

I'm waiting to see how it is. I was very interested in the concept but Dead by Daylight soured my view a bit.

It has nostalgic charm and looks great.

Friday the 13th: The Game will launch on May 26th, 2017

My wife called it, as soon as she heard che che che cha cha cha JASON!. Anyways don't looks like any thing i be interested in unless they actually get a good single player in to it.

i have a STRONG feeling that it will have a Lot of cut scenes/kill animations, which will be great the first times you see them, but will begin to grow Really tiresome after the 50th time. Im sure it may have Some redeeming Gamemodes hopefully, but in 3 minutes of gameplay, 1 minute of cinematics is troubling IMO. fingers crossed im wrong

Looks too much like a cheap value game to me. Think I'll pass on this.

There are kills, I wouldn't really call them "cut scenes", more like the gruesome finishers similar to the fatalities of Mortal Kombat. The core game play is there and honestly, it is a lot of fun. So much has changed in terms of gameplay since beta and I expect it only to improve.

This has steam sale written all over it.

Well, the Steam Summer sale is coming in about 3 weeks. This game might get marked down to $20 then.

Yeah, it will probably be on the Steam Summer sale, you should wait and see, save a couple of bucks!

Read an article stating it was just like the sequels: Sad, and a little amusing. I'll pass :)

Watched the trailer.. at about 2 minutes in, one guy running directly at Jason, while a rifle is strapped to his back... other than "out of ammo", why in the world would you run at Jason when you have a rifle... Hell, even "out of ammo", I'd run away, looking for more ammo! Jason's not carrying any!! heheh

Isn't the game multiplayer only? 7 players on a team against 1 player playing as Jason. I guess that would have been someone's team mate doing something dumb. :p
