is Gigabyte AORUS Z370 Gaming 3 good motherboard for 8700k

Em building a gaming pc for my friend in motherboard choices I don't know which way should it go he wants to overclock it to 4.8 or 4.9 and he wants to use Corsair Hydro Series H45 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler which he already has budgeted for motherboard is 150 to 200$ I want to know can it do the job if not then then which motherboard should i pick

1 important note in my country there only 2 option for the Z370 motherboard that is Gigabyte or ASUS

Gigabyte midrange isnt great. But it will do the job for regular air or water OCs.

Better options:
Asrock K6, Extreme4, or going higher, Taichi.
Asus Prime-A.
MSI Gaming pro carbon

All good VRM boards, while Gigabyte only offers great VRM on the Gaming 7.
