Is it possible to create PCIe adapters to use only the IGPs on processors (AM4, LGA1151, etc ...)?

Hello everyone. My computer had a Celeron G5925 with an UHD 610 IGP, I upgraded to an I5 10400f.
Is it possible to create a dummy PCI Express videocard with a LGA1200 socket? So the UHD 610 IGP can be used with another processor.
The configuration would be something like:
Processor - i5 10400f
Videocard - Intel UHD 610 at PCIe 3.0.

Never seen a PCIe card with a LGA1200 socket (if that's even possible). And for what reason would you want to use that lousy UHD 610.

My bad, the title isn't well formulated, this kind of adapter card doesn't exist, maybe some company like Startech can create one. I was planning to use only the IGP of a spare weak processor in case my video card fails. So I could keep using the I5.

Buy a cheap GT 710

There are plenty of inexpensive graphics cards out there. Look into HD7770 or similar. Don't pay more than $30 shipped.
