Your CPU supports Turbo core, so at certain points a single core will ramp up in speed if it isn't too hot already to meet performance demands, 1 core will go from 3.5GHz to 4.1GHz.

Read this to get a better understanding of your cpu model specifically, it is in there.

Your board is one of the following Revisions, click on the one that matches yours from here, go to support, download your manual and read it.

https://www.gigabyte.com/Search?kw=GA-78LMT-USB3

Get this to see how hot your cpu, motherboard, gpu are running, how fast your fans are running

Post screenshots here.

Provide all system specs to include the case, fans used and also the heatsink you use on the cpu. And what is your current room temperature you run your machine in?

Your CPU is currently operating at stock speed, so no it is not overclocked.

You will also need to disable automatic restart of Windows after it crashes, look for that subject on how to disable it online.

I think you have bigger troubles relating to OS or motherboard, GPU, ram, Storage Drives at this point.

Also why are you continously making threads regarding this same issue you have had since march 25th? That is against forum guidelines.

Here are your other threads
