Is my HD on UATA or SATA?

Here's the diagnostic screen from HD Tune. The active part is UDMA mode 5 or UATA/100 but my drive is WD Raptor 150GB SATA I. So is it in UATA mode or SATA mode? I see that my drive support UATA/133. Is this a setting that I can change in my motherboard? Thanks in advance.

ooh ic. hmmm maybe try running everest or something...i would bet your hdd is running on sata 150 but i think everest would say

But the pic says SATA.
