Is the FSP Hyper Pro H3-550 Model Good?

FSP is a reputable OEM.
That particular model is one of their low end models, so it has corners cut like low efficiency and the use of a sleeve bearing fan, but it won't catastrophically blow up on you in normal use and it will have the protections listed on its product page. Safe, but not ideal if you can afford better IMO.
