Then in gpu-z click advanced tab and click on the word general and change it to amd bios.

In the GPU-Z Advanced Tab.
Click on the word General and change it to AMD BIOS, get a pic of your white sku sticker on the side of the card by the pcie blade.

Ok what's the sku of the card, post sticker pics from it here, what powersupply brand? You are still missing a lot of info. What operating system? What motherboard?
