Keep in mind it is a regular 6600 not a GT from pixelview.

The question: Would this be a safe overclock. I kept it like this for a few days and so far no artifacts. Fresh system install new official drivers and all. 3Dmark05 no artifacts. Games likewise...so far... What do you think? Is it a safe overclock? Average? Extreme?

What are the stock speeds for your card? Do you have stock cooling?

Stock cooling: yes, but I added 7 coolers inside my case to keep the temps in there low.

The core overclocked 10% would probably be relatively stable, I don't know about your memory @ 32% but there can be a huge difference in overclocking ability between one card and the next. I would recommend that you pay special attention when playing games for a while and if you notice anything out of the ordinary, just lower it a tad. If you haven't noticed anything by now I would say it's stable. ;)
