15 W if your device charges at 5 V, but 24 W if it takes 9 V or 12 V with "fast charging" (it can be enabled or disabled in your phone's settings if it supports it).
And if the charger has a higher wattage than the phone, doesn't mean it definitely charges at the max wattage phone can support.
A 24 charger may not even quick charge a 15w phone.
For example a 66w charger won't charge a 18w phone when the phone is 9v2a/5v3/12v1.5a and the charger is 5v2a/10v4a/11v6a (max 66w)
It won't even charge the phone at 15w
So you can have a 24w charger that slow charges your 15w phone.
I have a 15w phone and don't want to buy faster charging for battery health.
If your phone is 15w, it will charge max at 15w, regardless of you using a 120w charger. It may even slow charge. You must check what voltage and ampere multiplied to give 15 specifically of your phone.
If your phone is 5v3a then a million watt charger will charge it slower than 15w unless charger also has 5v3a output.
