Is this power supply any good

I am building some mining rigs so I need to know about this power supply. Is it good.

The model is below. The reviews look good but anyone has experience with Rosewill.

U-i-M, the quark is an "enhance" product , meaning they are the oem. Upper end quality no bells & whistles. Aka good where it counts.

It's hard to nail down who they use exactly ,as it seems they use different OEMs for different power supplies more so than other rebrands
