the enermax is the "best" of the bunch in terms of reviews, the platform actually passed HARDOCP testing. That said, I wouldn't be shocked if that OEM (its not enermax) has a large list of acceptable part suppliers for the build and the internals may not necessary match the hardocp unit.
Do your homework, don't rely on any list. Mythic voltage regulation in a hot box is fantastic if you are a PSU reviewer or simply enjoy testing PSU in a hot box and receiving mythic voltage regulation.
I personally prefer a PSU that has a good platform, silent fan, tight list of part suppliers, good reviews from trusted sites, and comes from a brand with good customer support.
from my experience. the list is pretty legit. if you think differently then fair enough. I know whats good and i can see some good stuff on the list. tiering doesnt really mean much to me tbf.
I put the list up so the OP can have a look and find what is available close to him its not perfect but its better than what you have suggested which is getting some serious PSU testing hardware.
