issue with restart after changing throttlestop settings

hello, i was tuning my throttlestop settings earlier today, my cpu is a 13700hx. i didnt undervolt or anything, i only played around with the TPL settings. then i decided to restart my laptop, it turned off fine, but when it turned back on, it was stuck on the manufacturer logo, no spinning dots or anything, just the logo. my rgb lights and peripherals lit up, and my laptop's fans were spinning very quietly. doing a hard shutdown then turning it on made it boot like normal, but restarting still has the same issue. im worried if this will lead up to any issues in the future so im asking for help here.

Try setting Speed Shift Max to the suggested value. 108 or set it to 255.

Use ThrottleStop 9.7.3

Why is Speed Shift EPP set to 156? Do not check this box. This will allow Windows to manage this setting.

Does this happen only when you use ThrottleStop or does it happen all of the time? I always have ThrottleStop running and my laptop has no issues with rebooting or resuming from sleep or hibernate. It could be an issue with your computer.

well maybe it's unrelated to throttlestop, but ive never had any issues with restarting up until i edited my throttlestop settings. (or maybe it has happened way before and i just never restarted to notice?) and this still happens even when i close throttlestop and restart. ive disabled fast startup, ran chkdsk, checked bios, and looked around for anything that could cause this issue. i also stumbled upon a post similar to mine in this forum, but it also had no solution to this.

hey, i got a windows update today and when i restarted to install it, the issue just kinda fixed itself?.. i figured out it wasn't from throttlestop's end as i didn't even have it ON!!. (i am so stupid) so maybe turning throttlestop on ACTUALLY fixed my problem instead of causing it. anyways, everything is fine now and thank you for trying to help
