Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
311 installed 5 days ago (on 3 systems)... no issues here. I'm not finding the other one (on my system).

That said... a quick google brought me here......https://www.google.com/search?q=KB4577671&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS920US920&oq=KB4577671&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i60l2.189j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Your callers are not alone.

311 here
just experienced a weird desktop bug where the taskbar and the desktop background kept flashing indefinitely. Couldn't access anything other than task manager. Killed some processes didn't help. Did a full shut down and it seems to have done the trick.
It's might not necessarily be a windows issue, wouldn't be surprised if it was logitech's ghub crappy software.

Had some issues on the same day KB4579311 was installed. It was super early in the morning and the first day after the update was installed. Not sure if causation, just very coincidental on a thoroughly stable system that hasn't changed ever.

- Kept getting a variety of BSODs while accessing some online lecture recordings. I then reset my GPU back to stock (undervolted with Afterburner) and restarted.
- Didn't help, BSODs continued and there were a whole smorgasbord of them. After a few restarts, decided to restart to check some stuff in BIOS.
- Restarted, and refused to boot to Windows (black screen after POST). Had to power off the system by holding the power button.
- System now repeatedly refused to post, repeatedly turning itself off then on again before reaching POST, or stuck at/right before POST completion.
- Had to unplug, open it up and clear CMOS.
- Went back into BIOS and took a couple of minutes setting up everything (DRAM subtimings, voltages, fan curves) back to exactly what they were before.
- Back into Windows with no issues.
- No problems in chkdsk /F and sfc.

No problems now. Everything is protected by a UPS and I haven't changed anything lately, so I can't think of any other reasons why.

No issues with KB4579311 that installed last week, haven't seen KB4577671 yet, perhaps today.

Had 311 installed since the 14th, not noticed anything at all out of the ordinary.

Most of those that called tend to wait a week before they let anything install ....This morning web search brought up nothing ... looked and hour later and saw TechRadar article and another.

I'm tracking breakage in a number of different ways

FPS significantly reduced in some games on some systems (COD, SW:Squadrons, Overwatch)
Virtual machines no longer work
Shell Explorer.exe crash and restarts
Second monitors not working

1904x.608 is now in preview, I'm going to recommend that users uninstall KB4579311 or its corresponding mid october version for 1909 and older and if they had it, KB4577063 preview. If 200x is installed, try the new preview.
