Zipzoomfly just dropped the price on the 901 20G to $390, $60 less than amazon or newegg. What's good about this model is it has the original Eee size that they're going to phase out starting next year but still has a bigger screen than the 701s, and it has the longest battery life of any Eee model ever released with 7.8 hours. After looking at what Asus has planned for next year (touch screen, dual core battery wasting atom, slight price drop) I figured it was pretty obvious they aren't adding anything worthwhile to the series for the next year or so, so I'd jump on this if you're looking for a nice all around all day computing netbook.
With a 2GB ram stick, crazy small n-lited xp install, a 200 MHz overclock and a 16GB SDHC card to up the total space to 36GBs its turned into a pretty nice little power house.
