We’re making changes to how Free users access LastPass across device types. LastPass offers access across two device types – computers (including all browsers running on desktops and laptops) or mobile devices (including mobile phones, smart watches, and tablets). Starting March 16th, 2021, LastPass Free will only include access on unlimited devices of one type.

So in short, you can have it on a phone or a computer, but not both, unless you upgrade to Premium. Which is pretty crappy. The good news is that you can easily export your stuff to something else, say Bitwarden.

Originally started with Dashlane and must've had some bug where I could use it on my desktop, laptop, and phone without having to pay. They finally caught on to that, so I swapped to LastPass (expanding to unlimited logins instead of the 50 Dashlane caps you at was nice), and now exported to BitWarden after seeing this announced last week.
