Double check your spelling on the translator, can't make sense of what you're writing. I get the idea though, if you're asking if IPS LCDs degrade while in storage, the answer is no. However, the other electronics that make the monitor work can degrade over time (capacitors, etc.) - it just takes a very long time to do so.

Keep the device in a safe, dry place away from the sun and you'll probably be OK.

The answer is no to all of these questions. As I've mentioned earlier, store it in a cool, dry place away from humidity. If you're talking a couple of years, you'll be OK. Past that, there may be issues with capacitors and the sort on the monitor's mainboard, but these issues are often fixed by simply leaving it on for a while.
