  I am in the market for 2in1. my budget is $600. Each one of this is same price $549
  which one should i buy?
  I am also open for other recommendations as well.

Lenovo always has better solutions for cooling, case design and motherboard
I will say: Buy Lenovo and you will not regret

id opt for the lenovo the acer has more/faster ram BUT thats not gonna be very noticeable neither are very powerful and you can forget about playing games on either unit

the lenovo is likely better built then the acer

I just can't believe that Intel named dual core to be an i7.
Lenovo is great Acer are bad either, but if I would buy Acer over Lenovo would be to save money.
But in your case they are the same price, so there you go.

When did I said that its an Acer CPU lol.
And DualCore with HT is still a DualCore.
It can show 59 threads and still be a dual core.
HT will give you %10 performance increase if you are lucky most of the time none or even hurt performance.
