[WTB] LGA1155 ITX motherboard or newer ITX combo

I need to replace a failing motherboard in my HTPC. I'd prefer to not have to buy a whole combo especially with DDR4 prices being as sucky as they are, so if I can possibly find a replacement board that'd be preferred.

What I need:
- An LGA1155 ITX motherboard that works.

What I'd like:
- A board with a mini-PCIe slot on it or otherwise has onboard wifi that works.
- As cheap as possible.

I would consider a slightly newer board/CPU combo provided it takes DDR3 if the price is cheap enough.

Still looking. I'd consider a full mobo/cpu/memory combo for something newer as well at this point provided the price is manageable.
