I'm having fps drops playing games even tho my temperatures playing never reach temperatures that would cause this. I think this Limit reasons on throttle stop might have something to do with it but i don't have a solution

fps drops
You lowered the turbo ratios in the FIVR window. This slows your CPU down. Have you tried running your CPU at its full Intel rated speed? That might help.

Try using a newer version of ThrottleStop. I would clear the BD PROCHOT box.

Check the ThrottleStop Log File box and then play a game for at least 15 minutes. When done testing, exit the game and then exit ThrottleStop. Attach a log file to your next post.

I lowered turbo ratios because the amount of heat the cpu generated wasn't worth for the performance it gave on most games. Usually it would overheat and lower my fps while not performing better in games such as elden ring or league i have changed this setting multiple times and tested and I found this to be working best. I Played one League of Legends game and had no performance problems but edp other on ring showed up. I also Disabled BD Prochot. For me the problem is that in some league of legends games i have performance problems that i shouldn't have on a pc like this and i can't quite figure out why other than after doing some research it might have something to do with limit reasons but I'm not quite sure. i have attached the log also and updated throttle stop.

The log file shows that you have a Nvidia GPU throttling problem. The GPU temperature is fine so I am guessing that the manufacturer of your laptop decided to set a very low Nvidia GPU power limit. I do not know anyway around this limitation. The GPU MHz constantly vary between 1215 MHz and 360 MHz. That is not good for smooth game play.

You can try logging a gaming session with GPU-Z. It will likely confirm that Nvidia GPU power limit throttling is causing poor performance.

Thanks for trying to help. So is there nothing i can do about it? Why is it like this in the first place?

Cheaply made mobiles is why, they want you to replace them every year or 3.

Gaming laptops do not exist anymore
