Logitech G27

hey all, i was looking at purchasing a Logitech G27 Racing Wheel, but after watching a few reviews, i have noticed that wheel "clunks" when turning it, these reviews are from when the wheel first came out, does anyone know if they have fixed and resolved issues or if they are selling a new "series" so to speak, thanks in advance
