Cutting edge wireless technology, a top optical sensor, great buttons, and an elegantly simple, widely usable shape. This is what the Logitech G Pro Wireless is. Oh, and of course, it doesn't lack RGB either, while keeping the overall weight right at 80 grams. However, it doesn't come cheap.

lack of DPI switching should be a negative point too.

For the same price. my Logitech G902 was cheaper. This mouse just looks so basic... lack of DPI switching makes it overpriced for what it is.

There is a CPI switch at the bottom of the mouse though. And again, this mouse is more made for high-level players than for casual gaming. :)

This mouse looks to be an absolute must for some competitive players. Nice job here for Logitech

Yea it does look nice. But..

1) price? like really?

2) I do like DPI/CPI switch on top of my mouse, much like I have it on my original G Pro or G102

3) white? after having white G102, I dont actually want black mouse again (ok thats nitpicking)

Question, soo.. its not Lightning enabled mouse? I thought its supposed to be compatible with wireless recharging. Btw. how long can it last for one charge?

Sadly no option to paracord that cord either.. even tho its "great from stock" (it might, their non-sleeved cables are actually pretty good).

I like those 80g, thats amazing frankly. I love HERO sensor. Ehm, yea I dont like Logitech stock feets. Hope my dear friends from Corepad do some feets soon. Rocking their creation on my G102 and love it. Yea I also like improved shape, seems much better than original G Pro.

But that price is no-go. Sorry Logitech.

All your questions are answered in the review. :) It supports the wireless charging, and the battery life heavily depends on the settings. Generally it's 48 hours with lighting on and 1000 Hz polling rate. You can create custom paracords for this as well.

I gave up on wireless few years ago for everything but head sets. They work just fine ... when they work but batteries and "lost connections" were a PITA.

New Logitech wireless stuff is unlike anything that existed before, in any technical way.
This is Pro eSports grade stuff.

I have 3 G502 for 4 years now and i don't need another mouse in +10 years :)

P.S(One for me, one for my son one for spare!)

$150 for a damn mouse. And I thought $80 for my Rival 600 was pushing the limits of what id spend on a mouse

Thank you for reviewing. I saw the news on this and was intrigued. It looks like Logitech has come back full circle to their simplistic, functional yet elegant design which is why I liked them years ago.

Based upon this review, I'm definitely going to grab one.

Hey, great review! Im a bit concerned about this statement:

This mouse also has a very advanced construction, which can make re-assembly quite challenging and frustrating. If you are still convinced you have to dismantle the mouse, you can do so by removing seven small screws from underneath the mouse feet, but there are many more screws inside the mouse itself if your goal is to take it apart completely.

How difficult is it to just remove the powerplay cable + magnets? Looks like just 4 screws? Is it diffcult to put together top + bottom shell?

THANK YOU

Top and bottom dispart very easily once the 7 screws are removed. I think the magnets aren't hard to remove either, but I didn't try it. Dismantling the top shell into smaller pieces was the real deal...

I can see your point, I probably wouldn't buy it either for this price and I am quite the mouse maniac.

Will definitely cop this eventually. 80g (that weight is unbelievable), wireless, and a great sensor+performance. Seems like Logitech hit it out of the park.

Can get it down to ~77g without the removable plate. :)

Still hoping for a new, improved G500 style mouse. I want the metal scroll wheel and extra side buttons. Besides, I can't see myself dropping $150 on a mouse...

I really want this one, I'll probably wait for one of those Amazon sale for Logitech products :)

Here's hoping they will introduce G904 with this sensor, more ergonomic shape including thumb rest but less "edgy" look than G903 and more buttons including 5 way freescrolling wheel.
Tho i imagine the price will be even higher than this.

Or even an updated G903 with the Hero sensor. The battery savings are just amazing.

Looks like a lighter G403/G703 with a bigger battery

I see no dual clutch scroll wheel, or hyper scroll, or whatever they are calling it these days. I've been using mice with it for seemingly 10 years and can't think of ever using a mouse without this feature :(

Sounds even better. I have used heavier mice in the past but i bought a G203 on sale on a whim and since then i have never gone back to anything else for shooters. Having a lightweight mouse just makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you for the review was a very informative read!

As a G703 owner with the powerplay mousepad, i really want this even tho its a minor sidegrade at best :(
